Hip Mobility: Get On the Floor

Stiff hips plague society - we spend so much of our lives in chairs, and over time our hip range of motion shrinks.  The problem with stiff hips is threefold - it impairs daily functioning, limits athletic performance, and contributes to back, hip, knee, and even ankle pain.  How do we improve hip mobility?  Easy - get on the floor.  Do each of these exercises for 1 minute every day and find mobile, pain free, functional hips once again.

Sit
