Comprehensive athlete development  incorporates movement efficiency, speed development, and true agility training.  Ultimately, you become a better mover, prepared to take on whatever your sport throws at you.

Speed and Agility

Are you tired of being outrun and outmaneuvered by your opponents? Join us for exclusive speed and agility training. 

 

SUMMER 2024 SEASON

Dates: June 10th - August 8th, 2024

Package Option #1: Monday/Wednesday from 10:30-11:30am. 

Package Option #2: Tuesday/Thursday from 1:30-2:30pm.

Note: This specialty program is geared toward athletes ages 15+. There will be Elite Training sessions available before/after each session. Only 20 spots available for each time. No session on July 3rd or 4th.
