Marissa Wentland

Soccer

Marissa is the definition of being an Inspired Athlete. Despite two knee injuries during high school, she continued to grind and put in the work to recover from two ACL reconstruction surgeries and is now playing college soccer! Along with playing soccer, she was a blazer on the track team as well. She was an all-conference athlete along with being a part of the 4x200m relay team that set the school record. Marissa’s favorite part about Inspired is the fun atmosphere and getting to play spikeball.

Avery, (aka, Lampe) is an “OG” at Inspired (literally been here since she was like 11). She has worked for everything she has earned, including: National Player to Watch (2019), Tonka-Fusion Team Captain (2018-2024), Providence Team Captain (2022-2023), All-Conference (2020, 2022). Her favorite Inspired memory is summer lifts with the doors open and music blasting.
