Abbey is tougher than you. No, for real, she plays rugby and you (probably) don’t. She not only plays, she’s good too. In high school, she was named All-American, named Hopkins Rugby MVP (2018-2019), won Minnesota Rugby State Championships (2017, 2018 & 2019) and was named Minnesota Rugby State Championship MVP (2019). Her favorite thing about Inspired is “The level and intensity Zayne builds into each one of my workouts has become an essential factor to my success on the field and in the weight room. He has helped me become a better athlete and I trust he will push me to hit my potential.”
