New Inspired Athletx Location in Delano, MN
Inspired Athletx, a high-performance physical therapy and training company, added a new location in Delano, MN that opened in May 2025. Inspired works with athletes and active adults to recover from injuries faster and attain optimal levels of performance.
The company, originally located at a single location in Plymouth, now has locations in Golden Valley and Delano, MN and has worked with a number of notable high school, collegiate, and professional athletes in the area.
“We are excited for the opportunity to bring our brand of physical therapy and training to the Delano community,” founder and owner, Grant Norland said. “We look forward to serving the athletes and active adults in Delano and the surrounding communities.”
The new Inspired location is located within Forum, a new multipurpose sport and fitness facility located just off of Highway 12, next to the Dairy Queen. The facility features pickleball courts, golf simulators, office suites, locker rooms, and saunas.
“We provide high-level manual therapy and dry needling that helps people accelerate the recovery process and get back to doing the things they love quickly,” Norland said. “The Forum facility enables us to offer a wide range of services, including one of our favorite specialities, golf fitness.”
Inspired works with athletes across multiple sports including football, volleyball, golf, basketball, baseball, hockey, lacrosse, pickleball, and many more.
“We have a special love for football as that’s what we both played in college,” said Andrew Stelter, one of the doctors of physical therapy on the Inspired Athletx team. Stelter is also a former Minnesota Gopher football standout, who will now be working out of the Delano location. “While I have a special knowledge of football, I enjoy working with athletes and adults of all levels. Whatever your goal, whether it’s to recover from an injury, or to win the next club championship at your golf club, we can help you get there faster.”
One unique aspect of Inspired Athletx is that they are a direct-pay or “cash-based” physical therapy clinic, which means they do not contract with health insurance companies. “It’s been proven that direct-pay physical therapy produces better outcomes and faster than other physical therapy models,” Norland said. “It’s because our only focus is providing people with what they need, when they need it, to get better.”
